9. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct Towards Tutors
NativEnglish maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any misconduct directed toward its tutors, staff members, or representatives.
Any student engaging in any of the following conduct may face immediate disciplinary action:
- Verbal abuse
- Threats or intimidation
- Sexual harassment
- Physical threats
- Defamation
- Cyberbullying
- Stalking
- Sending offensive or inappropriate messages
- Sharing private information without consent
- Obscene, vulgar, or indecent behaviour
- Any conduct that compromises the dignity, safety, reputation, or professional environment of our tutors or staff
Depending on the seriousness of the violation, NativEnglish reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

Students attending online classes agree to:

- Keep their microphone muted when requested by the tutor.

- Ensure that no unauthorised person attends classes using their account.

NativEnglish reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts online sessions.
11. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate equipment to participate in online learning. This includes:

- A functioning microphone and speakers or headset.
- Updated software required to access classes.
NativEnglish shall not be responsible for interruptions, missed classes, or learning difficulties arising from:
- Poor internet connectivity
- Power failures
- Device malfunction
- Software incompatibility
- Technical issues on the student's side
12. Tutor Replacement
To maintain continuity and quality of instruction, NativEnglish reserves the right to assign, replace, or change tutors whenever reasonably necessary due to:

- Illness or emergency
- Leave of absence
- Staff availability
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Students are not permitted to:
- Record classes.
- Publish classroom content online.
- Upload tutor images or videos.
- Use NativEnglish's logo or branding.
- Reproduce course material.
- Use tutor names, voices, teaching style, or educational frameworks for commercial purposes.
Any unauthorised use may result in copyright enforcement, account termination, and legal action.
14. Hyperlinking to Our Website
Government agencies, recognised educational institutions, search engines, accredited business directories, and reputable news organisations may link to www.nativenglish.org, provided such links:
